
Pin Drop raises more questions than answers, but judging by Saulwick’s notes, this is perhaps what she set out to achieve.


One of the most joyous elements in this show is the way it captures the interaction amongst and between the artists; the dancers and musicians, but also the men and women.


The concept for the production is interesting and engaging but unfortunately the script seems a little convoluted at times which muddies the story.

Vibrant and skilled voices, an excellent orchestra, beautiful costumes, a clever set design, introductory lecture in the foyer and a glossy program gelled perfectly on the night to present a world-class opera experience.
