
My Stories, Your Emails, just as the title would have you believe, sees Martinez read out a collection of her stories and her fans emails over an hour long performance.

Lake Eyre's landscapes transform before your eyes as dancers' bodies merge and collide, float and tumble, stretch and collapse, moving through a stream of endlessly beautiful stage pictures.

Dr Brown Brown Brown Brown Brown and His Singing Tiger: The Kids' Show almost epitomises what theatre for kids (of all ages) should be like. The show Phil Burgers and Stuart Bowden perform is relatable to adults as well, and the kids and I imagine much of the comedy they presented onthe Brisbane Festival Spiegeltent stage today was just the PG version of their adult comedy.


Tender Napalm is simply one of those rare and great shows where everything comes together just right. Anyone with a hankering for beautifully crafted, meticulously meted and wonderfully performed theatre will get their fill here. See it and weep, laugh, be moved and inspired.

Grant has struck upon comedy gold with her hoarding habits and the stories that go along with her collection of clutter. Deeply personal, sometimes thought provoking and at all times highly amusing, Grant's show Have My Stuff is truly well done.

Executed with courage and finesse, After All This is a marvellous creation that brings to life the morbid questions at the back of everyone's minds. If you can get your hands on a ticket, After All This is definitely a show well-worth seeing, and is infinitely engaging for a predominantly text based piece.
