Australia Post and Circus Oz will work together over the next three years to inspire 45 recent graduates who have been accepted into Australia Post’s new Graduate Program, which aims to challenge and enthuse young graduates.
As part of the graduate development, participants will take part in a High Flying Leaders Program; a series of innovative team building and leadership development workshops run by Circus Oz. Circus Oz’s High Flying Programs are a fresh approach toward team and leadership development that allow people to have fun whilst achieving their goals. High Flying Programs range from half-day team building sessions through to one or more full days of team or leadership development, specifically designed to meet each client’s objectives.
Circus Oz will offer Australia Post graduates an opportunity to work together to achieve great results through applying the principles of circus to business such as; collaboration, cooperation, trust and authenticity.
Circus Oz’s High Flying Programs have been inspiring businesses such as NAB, Sensis, AXA, BP and Nike since their inception in 2003. High Flying Teams founding partners, Circus Oz and Right Management were awarded the Scotchmans Hill Encouragement Award from the Australian Business Arts Foundation (ABAF) in 2003.
Australia Post graduates will take part in the first stage of the Graduate Program in February 2009. Graduates will return to Circus Oz several times each year throughout the three-year period.
