Adelaide Fringe Fund opened a new round of grants on 15 October, offering financial support to eligible artists, events and venues participating in the 2027 Adelaide Fringe.

The funding round includes three streams: Access Grants, Digital Marketing Grants and Venue Branding Grants. Applications close on 2 November 2026.

Access Grants provide up to $5,000 to registered artists and venues for measures that improve accessibility for performers and audiences. Eligible expenses may include Auslan interpretation, accessible performance services and practical adjustments to remove barriers to participation.

Registered events can apply for a Digital Marketing Grant package valued at $2,000 to support promotional campaigns ahead of the festival. Registered venues can apply for a $2,000 Venue Branding Grant, covering the production and installation of branded signage.

The grants follow an earlier funding round in 2026 and are intended to address practical costs associated with presenting work during the festival.

Adelaide Fringe Interim Executive Director of Programs and Development Katherine Peach said the fund aimed to make participation in the festival more accessible and provide support for artists and venues.

The First Nations Grants program, which opened on 9 October, is also available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander producers, participants, venues and events taking part in Adelaide Fringe 2027. Funding is available until exhausted.

The three new funding streams are open to eligible events and venues registered for Adelaide Fringe 2027.

Applications for this round opened on 15 October and close on 2 November 2026.
