If you’ve got the passion to perform, a desire to dance or a singing voice that deserves to be heard outside of the shower, then QPAC has just the opportunity for you.
 
Throughout September and October, QPAC is holding two community projects designed to set your voice free, your spirit soaring and get your body moving!
 
Altogether Now is a group singing project which enables budding vocalists to discover their own voice and thrill to the beautiful sound that massed voices create.
 
The project is led by popular music educator and choir leader Graeme Morton.
 
Throughout the eight week project, participants will learn repertoire spanning centuries old songs through to contemporary music.
 
Then, at the end of the project, participants will share their talents with family and friends at a private performance.
 
Sessions will be held Monday evenings from 6pm, commencing on 3 September until 5 November (excluding 24 September and 1 October).
 
If you’re more comfortable busting a move than you are at holding a tune then 2Hot2Dance might be more your style.
 
Daring to create Australia’s next dance ensemble, 2Hot2Dance is an eight week project led by performer and choreographer Miss Neridah Waters.
 
No experience is necessary to join, just lots of passion, energy and a willingness to get into the groove with others to create some hot new moves.
 
2Hot2Dance sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 4 September until 9 October and Wednesdays on 3 and 10 October. All classes run from 6pm until 7.30pm.
