Robin Batt, Manager of Frankston Arts Centre today announced the appointment of Gillian Thompson to the role of Business Development and Marketing Coordinator.
Gillian brings to the role a wealth of experience in the corporate sector gained through her profile with large corporations and private businesses in the UK.
Recently arrived in Australia from the UK, Gillian has settled with her family on the Peninsula and is looking forward to working with the local arts community and visiting companies to further enhance the reputation of the Frankston Arts Centre as a provider of quality arts programming.
Gillian’s love of the arts started at a young age, a frequent visitor to the theatre, she studied classical ballet and dance for 19 years.
“This is a dream role and I am thrilled to be part of the enthusiastic and dedicated team at the Arts Centre” she said.
