DINE BY THE BEACH WITH SEASIDE COCKTAILS AND COASTAL BREAKFAST AT COOGEE BAY HOTEL
 

From Seaside Bloody Mary's to smoked brisket hash, Coogee Bay Hotel (CBH) is redefining mornings with sunrise-inspired cocktails and a full dine-in breakfast.  

From 7:00am to 11:00am CBH’s Beach Bar & Dining will serve a new daily sit-down breakfast experience, created by Executive Chef Justin Schott (ex-Mimi’s).  

The first service adds sun-up cocktails to the existing breakfast menu. Signature drinks include: Morning Margarita with 1800 coconut tequila, orange, pineapple, lime, agave and orange bitters; Seaside Bloody Mary with vodka, tomato and lemon juice, Worcestershire, green jalapeño Tabasco, muddled baby capers and celery salt; Bayside Hard Tea with jasmine iced tea, vodka, elderflower liqueur, apple, lemon and honey; Miss Paloma (non-alc) with mezcal, pink grapefruit, blood orange, lime and agave; Spiced South Pacific Spritz (non-alc) with Sammy Piquaint South Pacific Spritz, fresh lime and star anise; Mimosas are available with prosecco and rotating flavour pairings and guests can elevate any mimosa with a freshly shucked oyster. 

The first sitting includes: Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, toasted English muffin, cultured butter, spinach and hollandaise, with optional prosciutto or house-cured salmon; Beach Bar Breakfast with leg ham, avocado, pickles, eggs your way, cheese, herbs, salad, pickles, sourdough roll and CopperTree Farms butter; Spicy Sausage and Egg Roll with hash brown, onion relish and jalapeño mayo; Golden Cheese and Leek Toastie with mature cheddar, mozzarella, braised leeks and onion relish and Coconut Chia Pudding with strawberry compote, toasted coconut, almonds and maple syrup.
