Fresh from its sold-out performances in 2024 and Off-Broadway debut in June, critically acclaimed queer black comedy Trophy Boys returns to the Sydney stage as part of its national tour, performing at Riverside Theatres Parramatta from 6th – 9th August. A drag extravaganza about power, privilege, and high school debating, Trophy Boys interrogates the well-documented toxic masculinity, misogyny, and homophobia of our elite private boys’ schools, and their prevalence in the backgrounds of those holding the highest offices in the country. It is the biggest night of Melbourne’s high school academic calendar, the Grand Finale of the Year 12 Inter-School Debating Tournament.
