Led by Ngarluma performer Patrick Churnside, this immersive journey combines music, spoken word, and traditional tjaabi songs that speak to modern Australia's challenges – from climate change to mining pressures, cultural preservation to community resilience.

What makes this show special is the Pilbara stories told through breathtaking music and traditional tjaabi songs reimagined for contemporary audiences. Award-winning director Scott Rankin (Namatjira) leads the team, while live guitar accompaniment captures the heart of country music culture through raw, funny, and deeply moving storytelling that connects with working families.

Patrick's powerful performance weaves personal narrative with urgent environmental themes that resonate strongly in mining communities. The show celebrates Aboriginal culture while addressing real pressures facing regional Australia today.

Composer Aaron Hopper, who lived in Roebourne for three years, creates musical landscapes honoring traditional Pilbara melodies while speaking to modern audiences. The result is authentic cultural exchange building understanding between communities.
