Opera in the Pub at The Harold - "Opera Bingo"
 

Opera . . . in a pub?  You heard right!  After much anticipation, Opera Bites’ winning formula is back, and we couldn’t be more excited.    

Opera Bites has partnered with The Harold in Glebe to bring you the world’s favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub.  This historic pub was actually our first ever Opera in the Pub venue, way back in 2010!  It’s now under new management, freshly refurbished and better than ever.

​Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs at The Harold.  Show starts 7.30pm. 

Fabulous food and drinks available for separate purchase at the venue.  HAPPY HOUR from 5-7pm.  All day kitchen open till 10pm for pre-, mid- or post-show dining.

​​Opera Bingo

An Opera Game Show? That’s right! Join Opera Bites as they explore the operatic alphabet through your best loved opera favourites. Each audience member will have an opera ‘Bingo’ card to try and win a prize unlike any other! Using composers, characters and operas – from Alfano (the composer) to Zurga (the character), the audience will be involved at every turn. Everyone will be a winner with this hilarious, fun packed (and let’s not forget informative!) opera game show!
