Adelaide Fringe Award Winners Announced

The red carpet event took place at The Adelaide Town Hall and honoured some of the most exciting local, national and international talent at Adelaide Fringe 2008.

Fringe Director, Christie Anthoney said, “Its no mean feat to win an Adelaide Fringe Award competition is ferocious, judges are razor sharp and decisions aren’t easy. All nominees and winners should be exceptionally pleased with the work they have created. ”

Bank SA Managing Director, Rob Chapman said, “the TalkFringe Rave Review Award was hotly contested with a record number of Fringe-goers giving their thoughts on the best show.

“We’ve had five times as many Fringe–goers visit the Talk Fringe site this year and it’s their rating and reviews that determine the winner of the TalkFringe Rave Review Award. Cyranose is truly an audience favourite.”
