Interactive Theatre International (ITI) is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of everyone’s favourite culinary clown, Signor Baffo, in his final Australian tour, from Friday 3rd April to Friday 17th July 2026.  

Winner of the ‘Best Kids and Family’ show at the 2025 Adelaide Fringe Festival, this interactive treat for children children’s comedy is ready to stir up more fun and mischief as it tours across Australia to Melbourne, Surfers Paradise, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Taree and Wyoming.  

There’s chaos in the kitchen when Signor Baffo’s left in charge! The restaurant is about to open, nothing is going to plan - and he needs your help! Get ready for a whirlwind of silly games, outrageous misunderstandings, and a menu full of surprises. Can you help Signor Baffo complete his list before disaster strikes? Expect plenty of giggles, unexpected twists, and even a rock and roll concert in this supremely silly, interactive adventure.
