What's On

Bursting with colour and overflowing with talent, Coco’s Lunch for Kids will be gracing the stage at Hawthorn Arts Centre on Thursday 30 September. What better way to spend the school holidays than at a promising live musical performance which is guaranteed to have both children and adults singing along.

Establishing international adoration and popularity, Coco’s Lunch for Kids has been igniting the hearts and imaginations of children for over fifteen years. In 2007, the group received an ARIA award for Best Children’s Album for the CD release, Rat Trap Snap! This was followed by several sold out seasons at the Sydney Opera House for their show I Wanna Be a Mermaid.

Audiences should expect an upbeat palette of jazz, catchy sing-along choruses and African rhythms. Please refrain from thinking that their performance is only for children as it will include items which everyone will enjoy!

Igniting the hearts of families across the globe, these five extraordinary women who comprise the group are internationally renowned for their award-winning songs, impeccable live performances for kids and brilliant harmonies. Their onstage synergy and rhythmic vitality is unmatched which, combined with their balance of humour and musical sophistication, allows them to stand out from most children’s performers. Together, Coco inspires audiences to adopt their creative way of approaching the music in creating a symphony of shuffles, claps and, of course, applause.

So, if you’re looking for an activity that everyone will enjoy during these school holidays, then look no further and book this show now!
