Getting Better

An uplifting solo-performance of one man's struggle with PTSD and depression and his journey to well-being. Ex-serviceman Trace Dann shares how he loses his successful corporate career and music business, falling into a pit from which there seems no escape.  Anger, outbursts, paranoia, mistrust and failing self-worth see relationships crumble until he breaks mentally and physically.  We then join him as he seeks professional support and takes a not always easy, road to recovery. With personal soundtrack this show is ideal not just for the sufferers of these conditions but also for their families and friends.
