What's On

L'amante Anglaise by Marguerite Duras

A dismembered corpse is dropped from a railway viaduct onto passing trains below… All except the head. A chilling story of a brutal murder in small town France, L'amante Anglaise is an edge-of-your-seat psychological thriller from celebrated French author, Marguerite Duras.

Based on a true event, this beautifully poignant and emotionally powerful portrait of lost passion stars Rob Meldrum and Green Room award-winner Jillian Murray as Pierre and Claire, ordinary human beings living ordinary lives until catastrophe occurs. Over the course of the drama, they effortlessly reveal the beauty and brutality of their inner selves, taking you right inside the heart and mind of the perpetrator in a fascinating and compelling true crime story.

Starring Rob Meldrum and Jillian Murray
Directed by Laurence Strangio
