PRIMADONNA PRODUCTIONS IN A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP WITH MANDURAH PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE

Join us this January for the musical comedy “Once Upon a Mattress”

Don’t miss your chance to laugh and be entertained by this hilarious tweaking of the fairy tale, “The Princess and the Pea”, this musical retelling of the classic fairy tale is sure to delight audience members of all ages.

In a small kingdom in medieval times, Prince Dauntless is looking for a bride. A dozen girls have already been tested and rejected as unsuitable by his mother, the talkative Queen Aggravain, who dominates the kingdom and her unfortunate mute husband, King Sextimus.

The marriage law of the land states “no one may wed until Dauntless shares his marriage bed” and the lords and ladies of the court are distressed. There is definitely An Opening for a Princess here!
