Andrea JamesPhotos - Ponch Hawkes

Andrea James is Artistic Director of the Melbourne Workers Theatre. A graduate of Latrobe University and the VCA, she wrote and directed the hugely successful, Yanagai! Yanagai! First produced in 2003, the show recently enjoyed a return season in Melbourne before embarking on an international tour.

Fresh from her travels, she spoke with Melbourne Stage Online's Jan Chandler about the tour and her plans for 2007 - the 20th Anniversary of the Melbourne Workers Theatre.
