Love At Fast Sight
“How do you want your eggs in the morning; scrambled or fertilized?”
For those of us who have never experienced the weird and, well… weird world of Speed Dating, this play confirms our worst fears: Olivia Ansell’s hilarious short play seems more like a cautionary tale than an endorsement.

Birthday
The play is disappointing and does not meet the thematic challenges set by its creators.

The Narcissist
No ifs, buts or maybes, this play is vainly and unashamedly Brisbane. It is pure self-indulgence, and it feels good.

A Day in the Death of Joe Egg
Without doubt it is a beautifully crafted work wonderfully staged and directed in this production.

From Door To Door
The Jewish mother has somewhat become a stereotype in entertainment. The portrayal of the overbearing matriarch, who steadfastly drills in to her offspring the crucial importance of retaining the Jewish tradition, has been widely represented in literature, film and theatre.

All My Sons
All My Sons is a good example of traditional, well-made drama, based on ideas of responsibility and integrity, and a plot both deeply considered and soundly constructed.

Con's Spire
It seems no-one loves a conspiracy more than Errol Bray. His long Australian theatrical career has evidently led him to a place of cheerful cynicism about the state of our world.

The Messiah
This is a highly comic and eccentric re-telling of the Nativity story produced by an amateur theatre company of three! Be ready for some segues back and forth in time, visual and verbal comedy, a touch of opera and some impressive sound effects including kookaburras and possums!
