What's On

Red Hollywood

It's 1952, eight years after the zombie apocalypse. A Hollywood studio has reaped benefits of scaring audiences by using zombies as “extras” in their horror films. Now, cinema-goers are desensitised, forcing the studio to halt production. In a last ditch for success, they ally with the unlikeliest rising star…

True to the Golden Age of moving pictures, this farce is a gourmet of glamour, scandal and secrets. It is a commentary on attitudes towards women in the industry, and most importantly, women’s behaviour towards each other.

‘Red Hollywood’ will be performed February 23-28 at The MC Showroom.

Run Time: 120 minutes (including interval).
Content warning: sexual misconduct, violence and some coarse language.
