RUSHtix is a service offered by Australian Stage Online. Australian Stage Online ("we", "our", "us") is an authorised online ticketing agent for the event on behalf of the promoter (the "Event" and the "Promoter" respectively). Terms and Conditions: 1. All tickets are priced in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (where required) plus booking fees. We accept payment via PayPal ONLY. Australian Stage does not collect or store your credit card details. Your booking is not confirmed until payment via PayPal has been approved. Once your payment via PayPal has been approved, we will send a Confirmation email to your nominated email address confirming your purchase. You must print the Confirmation email, together with your PayPal receipt and present them at the Box Office to collect your tickets. 2. Unless expressly provided otherwise by the Promoter, and subject to the operation of law, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in the AEIA code of practise. In the event of a refund, Australian Stage Online may retain any service fee charged. 3. Tickets purchased on Australian Stage Online may not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter and/or the venue, be re-sold or offered for re-sale (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is offered for re-sale or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties. 4. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity. 5. The right of admission is reserved. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the program. 6. Unless otherwise indicated, all tickets are General Admission. 7. If concession prices are applicable the appropriate ID will need to be presented. 8. The Promoter and/or the venue may have additional terms and conditions in relation to your purchase and/or the Event. The Promoter and/or the venue may reserve the right of admission to the Event. Please check with the venue and/or promoter regarding these prior to the Event. 9. You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter of the Event may have engaged the services of third parties to promote the sale of tickets for the Event to you. These third parties (if any) are not our officers, employees or agents and representations made by them to you in relation to the Event do not in any way bind us and you should independently verify the accuracy of any representations made by others in connection with the Event directly with the Promoter. 10. We do not check the accuracy of the representations made by the Promoter in relation to the Event and we do not accept any liability in relation to any representations made by the Promoter in relation to the Event which in turn are made by us on an 'as received basis'. 11. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect, or a ticket sold prior to scheduled on-sale date, or a ticket incorrectly released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether the error was human or a due to transactional malfunction of this web site or other ticketing system. 12. You agree that you may be contacted and asked to verify additional credit card holder details for security and anti-fraud purposes. If you do not wish to provide additional credit card holder details, your ticket will be cancelled and you will be offered a full refund. 13. All information that we collect from you when you purchase a ticket is used only for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations under this agreement. Such information is subject to the terms of our privacy policy. 14. If any part of this deed is held invalid, that part shall be severed from this deed and the remainder of the agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. |
