Improv Fit: Weekly Improv Training - Four Week Course

Just like you can’t go to the gym once and expect your body to stay fit forever, training is the key to keeping your improv muscles fit and your brain flexible.

These 60-minute weekly ‘workouts’ allow you to hone your improv skills, techniques and strategies – building on strengths and remedying weaknesses in an environment where each session is personalised for maximum individual impact.

Sign up for all four weeks (discounts apply), or drop in when you can - you just need to book in online to secure your spot or take your chance at the door.

The program is created by WA Academy of Performing Arts improv lecturer and Just Improvise co-founder Glenn Hall. Glenn has been teaching and performing improv internationally for more than 20 years including helping to guide the careers of – or performing with – successful actors and comedians including:

- Tim Minchin (Matilda The Musical, Californication, Jesus Christ Superstar)

- Natalie Locke (Nova 93.7)

- Jai Courtney (Terminator Genisys, Suicide Squad, The Water Diviner)

Dacre Montgomery (Power Rangers, A Few Less Men)

Class sizes are kept small to allow us tailor the workout to individual needs.

PRE-REQUISITE: Participants must be 18 years or older and must have completed Jump: Intro to Improv.

IMPROV FIT: Weekly Improv Training

Program length: 4 weeks

(or drop in for individual sessions when you can)

Class length: 60 minutes

Course dates: Mondays July 24th & 31st, Aug 7th & 14th

Class time: 6.00pm

Course price: $80 inc gst for all 4 weeks

(casual sessions cost $25 inc gst per session)
