Writers!
You are invited to submit plays to Melbourne Writers' Theatre’s 7th annual short play competition which will take place in conjunction with the Melbourne Fringe Festival: September 24 – October 12, 2008
Conditions of Entry :
• Members and non-Members may submit plays
• Entry fee : tba
• 3 hard copies of each play must be submitted
• Play/s must be 10 minutes or less
• Any topic or genre may be submitted
• There is a five play limit per writer
• Thirty plays will be short-listed for a rehearsed reading
• Only two plays from one writer can be given a rehearsed reading. Plays can be submitted at General Meetings or by post to our postal address, below
• Plays will be judged according to criteria instigated by Melbourne Short and Sweet
