Jigsaw and Fragments of Memory | Expressions Dance Company Print
Jigsaw
Choreography by Natalie Weir

Jigsaw’s strong, dynamic images explore the effect space can have physically and emotionally on the creation of a dance work, using physiological aspects of phobias. In this work Natalie Weir uses design as an integral component of the dance, creating a three dimensional part of the work, with strong, dynamic images. The piece was performed by Expressions Dance Company in New York in 1999 and China in 2002.

“This modern dance troupe made a strong impression... vivid images and striking episodes... always a pleasure to watch.” The New York Times (USA)

Fragments of Memory
Choreography by Cheng Tsung Lung (Taiwan)

International choreographer Cheng Tsung Lung is a former dancer with world renowned Cloud Gate Dance Theatre. His works have been performed across the world and won the Bronze Medal at the 1st International Choreography Competition in Ludwigshafen (Germany) 2006. This is a fast paced piece of stunning beauty.
