Audiences can’t get enough of this cult comedy hit which will hold over it’s Melbourne Fringe season this year until November 9th at the Lithuanian Club.
After a sell-out start to its second Melbourne season last weekend, the 2008 Age Critic’s Award Winner is extending the opportunity for audiences to see this cult-adult-comedymusical-puppetry gem before it goes back overseas in 2009.
Comedian Sammy J (Spicks and Specks, Good News Week) and puppeteer Heath McIvor (Walking With Dinosaurs) journey into a magical forest of adventure, romance, cute woodland creatures… and frequent coarse language. With a cast of 14 hysterical puppets, soaring musical numbers, amazing visual effects and highly questionable morals, Sammy J in the Forest of Dreams will have you laughing your way out of the theatre.
