Opposites attract and age proves no barrier to true friendship when two of Australia's best loved stars of stage and screen shine in a touching tale of love, loss and Latin dance.
Todd McKenney is Michael, an ex-Broadway chorus boy beginning a new life in Florida as a private dance instructor. Nancye Hayes is Lily, a lonely retiree who offers Michael his first job in a new town.
In six very different dance lessons over six weeks Michael and Lily's initial mistrust of each other slowly blossoms into a beautiful friendship, as this most unlikely of couples gradually realise that what they have in common far outweighs their differences.
A smash hit in its debut Sydney season last year, Six Dance Lessons is a poignant comedy in which McKenney and Hayes dance their way through a series of snappy one-liners and heartfelt confessions. Put on your dancing shoes for a truly fabulous night at the theatre!
