Young dynamic maestro Tomas Netopil joins WASO to conduct a program inspired by nature's beauty including Smetana's ABC Classic FM's top 100 Masterpiece, Ma Vlast (My Country), which vividly captures the pastoral beauty of his Czech homeland. The Four Sea Interludes from Peter Grimes reflects the struggles of those whose livelihood is entwined with the sea.
Enjoy a free tea or coffee prior to the concert with a complimentary copy of The West Australian newspaper. A pre-concert talk will take place inside the concert hall from the stage at 9:40am for 20 mins. Stay afterwards for a $10.90 buffet lunch (bookings essential).
