Through New Eyes | WASO Print
Coinciding with the re-hang of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, this WASO concert will include the world premiere of a new work by Composer-In-Residence James Ledger, Bell Weather is a work inspired by acclaimed Australian artist Rosalie Gascoigne's Monaro, a piece of art from the Gallery's extensive vaults. This program culminates in the stunning String Quintet of Mozart.

Rosalie Gascoigne's Monaro will be on display in the exhibition Wonderlust at the Art Gallery and available for viewing on the evening from 6.30pm.

James Ledger's work is commissioned by Symphony Australia with funds provided by the Australian Government through the Australia Council its arts funding and advisory body.
James Ledger's position as WASO Composer-in-Residence is supported by ALNG.
