A penetrating drama, rife with black humour and many twists and turns, The Return, written by Reg Cribb, and adapted in to a film in 2006 (The Last Train to Freo), will hold you in your seat from start to finish.

At midnight, on a hot summer’s night two ex cons (Scott Hansen & Jason Arrow recently from We Will Rock You), catch the last train to Freo.

Bored, restless, and looking for trouble, they start to poke fun at their mind numbing existence. Until a beautiful young law student (Katy Marks) steps in to the carriage,
alone and seemingly unaware that the guards are on strike.

Intrigued by her bravado, the men use their off beat charm to compete for her attention.

But there’s more to this young woman than meets the eye.

And when two other passengers (Diana Oliver, Vagina Monologues & Tom Hennessy,
We Will Rock You), enter the train, the balance of power takes an unexpected twist.
