Every man has his price, but does it buy his Sanctuary?
Bob King (foreign correspondent turned self-serving media personality)
uses his cynicism and the wisdom of experience to make his moral
judgements. He believes that he has resolved these issues years ago and
found both his physical and emotional Sanctuary.
That is until John Anderson (PhD student and self appointed biographer)
turns up to challenge it. The psychological and emotional battle that
ensues ignites a string of moral dilemmas for both men.
John begins with all the self-righteousness and certainty of youth, but
it is soon apparent that his views have been twisted by the psychology
of abuse, leaving his claim to objectivity and his high moral ground
seriously undermined. With strong emotions thrown into the mix of the
deep resentment and contempt flowing between these two men, it doesn’t
seem likely that their arguments will be resolved by debating.

Peter Green - previous Artistic Director of the Bakehouse Theatre.
Peter has a long list of appearances in theatre, film and television.
A few of his theatre credits include Equus, Gulls, Spring Awakening,
Fire on the Snow and Julius Caesar for the State Theatre Company; Rodeo
Noir for Vitalstatistix, Death of a Salesman, The Removalists, Seagull,
Antigone, The Dolls House, The Tempest and many more for the Bakehouse
Theatre.
Film credits include Cut, Spank, Inferno, The Honourable Wally Norman,
Alexandra's Project and more. TV credits include, amongst others, Hey
Dad, Police Rescue, E Street, A Country Practice and
McCloud'sDaughters.
He was last seen on stage here at the Bakehouse in Stephen House's Just Like That.
Kurt Murray - graduated with honours from Flinders University Drama Centre in 2007.
Since then he has performed in many short films, including Destinations (Best Actor nomination 2004 SA Short Screen Awards), I Think We Should Break Up which toured America, The rotor-scope animated AKA Goldfish, written by Eisner Award winning comic Labute, Blue Room by Davide Hare, Kayak by Katherine Thomson and the dramaticules of Samuel Beckett.
Kurt studied screen acting in Iran with Persian film star Amin Tarokh and also performed in an Iranian TVC. Kurt has worked as a voice actor for ABC radio and Telemall Audio.
