A NEW PRODUCTION, The Laramie Project, focuses attention on attitudes
toward hate crime ten years on from the brutal killing of Matthew
Shepard in Laramie, Wyoming. The last student production of The Laramie
Project received threats from the Westboro Baptist Church, the same
group who picketed Matthew Shepard and Heath Ledger's funerals. The
production team performs this show with the hope that a significant
change of attitude has occurred.
