This show is the rather lovely result of a collaboration with the
wonderful musician, Gavin Osborn. Written during one intensive week for
a rather magical show in an open air theatre in London where 1200
people sat in the setting sun, listening, grinning, giggling, sometimes
crying and occasionally noticing butterflies. It was then performed
twice in a wooden tent in Edinburgh around midnight where all the same
things happened, except for the butterflies. This time there were moths
instead.
This is an epic love story. A tale of towering courage, of hearts
aching, swollen and broken, of battles, won and lost, both romantic and
land based. And of train travel. And flapjacks.
