Biography: Ashley Walker is a playwright with a particular interest in comedy. He studied at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 2004. August 2006 saw the staging of his half- hour play The Chicken or The Egg by the Australian Theatre For Young People. He has had five successive plays in the Short and Sweet ten minute play festival beginning in 2001. Ashley has also written for television, spending several months writing for ABC TV’s The Glass House, as well as writing his own sketch comedy series, The Outside Lane.
