Frank Newman steps down as Artistic Director of Terrapin Puppet Theatre

Frank will leave the company in mid-October, but will return in February to rehearse and stage Shadow Dreams, for Ten Days on the Island in March.

Terrapin is now inviting applications for the position of Artistic Director.  Based in Hobart, the company is seeking an artistic leader for the company, who is a highly experienced creator of contemporary visual theatre that utilises digital technologies, has a passion for puppetry, and thrives on working with a diverse range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have an established record of directing successful visual theatre productions and have a strong commitment to nurturing artistic talent.
