McLean has worked in the entertainment industry in Australia and overseas for the past 20 years, working and collaborating with Australian and international producers and some of the world's finest actors, singers and performers. Her producing credits include Kevin Spacey in Richard III 2011, Waiting for Godot starring Sir Ian McKellen - Australia and New Zealand Tour 2010, The Graduate staring Jerry Hall - 2010 Perth Season as well as the Helpmann Award® winning production of The 39 Steps which toured Hong Kong, Sydney, and Melbourne as well as regional Australia in 2008 and 2009. McLean has had a long association with the Helpmann Awards®, taking on the role of Associate Producer in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and again as Strategic Advisor in 2011. The 2012 Helpmann Awards® will be hosted at the Opera Theatre, Sydney Opera House on Monday 24 September, and will be broadcast exclusively the following night on Australia's arts and entertainment channel STUDIO - channel 132 on Foxtel.
