Three new board directors for The Australian Ballet

Penny Fowler has a background in business and marketing and is the director of various private companies. She is currently Deputy Chair of the McClelland Gallery and Sculpture Park, Board Member of the Melbourne Grammar School Foundation and an Ambassador for the food surplus charity Second Bite.

Catherine Harris is the Chairwoman of Australia's largest independent fresh produce retailer, Harris Farm Markets, and also sits on a number of Boards for the Australian Government and Institutions, sporting bodies and private companies.  

She is a Director of The National Gallery of Australia and The Australian Rugby League Commission.  She also sits on the Advisory Board of the Australian School of Business UNSW and is the Honorary Consul to Bhutan.

Bruce Parncutt has almost four decades experience in the financial sector, holding such roles as Chief Executive of McIntosh Securities, Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch and a director of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited.

He is Chairman of corporate advisory and investment group, Lion Capital, and is a Director of a number of public and private companies.  He is also a Trustee of the National Gallery of Victoria and Chairman of the NGV Foundation.
